Collection of Personal and Entity Information

In order for you to use our Software Service you are asked to provide us with certain personal and entity information. You must provide this information to us in order for our Software to do the job it is meant to do. Without all the information we request in our Signup Forms you will not be able to use our software.

We understand how important it is to you for us to keep your information confidential. That is exactly what we do. We will never share or sell your information to any individual or third party entity. We do however provide you the ability to share your finished fundraiser pages with any individual or entity you desire at your own discretion. You should know you are bound by the privacy policies of the sites you share your fundraiser pages with. 

We use the strongest and latest encryption available through Secure Socket Layer Technology. This technology is also know as ( SSL Technology ). All transactions go through Payment Gateways provided by Pay Pal and Stripe. We do not record or store any of this information on our software or servers. We only store the amount of each transaction, the fundraiser name, and your contact information in order to serve you and provide you with up to date real time information about each fundraiser campaign you launch.

We communicate with you through email and text only when needed / No Advertising or Marketing to you

We keep track of your campaigns

We provide you with updates on the campaign or campaigns you are running

We provide excellent Customer Service / Support

We provide you with the ability to reset your password on the login page

We will never share or sell any information you provide us unless we are required by law to do so. 

Signing up for an Account

When you complete the signup form and activate your account you are bound by our Terms and Conditions along with the terms of this Privacy Policy Document.

Removing Your Account

If you No longer wish to use our Site/Software for your fundraisers and would like your information removed from our platform, please send us an email at:  info@closestbizfp.com and we will delete your Account from our platform. Please add in ALL CAPS the words REMOVE ACCOUNT PLEASE in the subject line of the email.

Privacy Policy Updates

We reserve the right to make changes to our Privacy Policy. If we do so, we will notify you that changes have taken place so that you can keep up with our policy.

We comply with Child Protection Laws and Policies set by the appropriate Authorities

(CCPA) California Consumer Privacy Act

K12FP.Com has a strict privacy policy when it comes to the State of California. We do not allow any account holders to break any California State rules of the California Consumer Privacy Act.  We don’t break their rules and we expect you to follow your state rules also. (COPPA) Children’s Online Protection Privacy Act

Elementary Schools that signup for an account must understand that only parents, teachers, coaches, and administrators associated with any Elementary School may use our Site/Software for Fundraising Campaigns. Children under the age of 13 cannot use our software. We do not allow children under 13 years of age to use our Site/Software at all, under any circumstances. Mobile App

As of January 19, 2024 we Do Not have a mobile app.

International

We do not approve any accounts outside of the United States of America.

Third Party Services

At this time the only third party services we utilize are Pay Pal and Stripe for Credit Card transactions. If you have any concerns about these two companies you can easily search the internet for their Privacy Policies. We also use email and text but we control all the emails and texts content you receive. We do not do any advertising or marketing to you. We only keep you up to date on your results from your Fundraising Campaigns which you control.

Data Security

We stay up to date on the latest and most secure methods of Security. If there is a breach you will immediately be notified.
